Hi, it a pleasure for me to be destiny team manager for 1 day during 24 hrs bball competition. Jia you! I be posting important details here. so pls check for 5 of u:

All of u guys have to read the rules and regulations for 24 hrs Basketball coz it very important.
and also
1. All players are to complete the indemnity form.
Note: Parents under 21 years old are to complete the form by their parent or guardian.

Team Manager confirms that the members of the team have read and understand the Exclusion of Liability as set out and have agreed to participate in the event. In the case of players under 21 years old, they will have to obtain their parent consents.
